BIO

Scuba Steve Gary, PhD, CISSP, is a Professor of Instruction at the University of South 返字心頭, where he has taught in the Cybersecurity and Intelligence Studies graduate programs since their launch in Fall 2014. He also serves as the Internship Coordinator for both programs and hosts the Veterans Cybersecurity and Intelligence Seminar, supporting the next generation of cyber and intelligence professionals.

Dr. Garys passion is cyber intelligenceanalyzing the who, what, when, where, why, how, and, most importantly, the so what of cyber events. His work focuses on cyber threat actors responsible for todays most significant cyber crimes, including ransomware and cyber espionage.

A highly decorated career U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer, Dr. Gary has conducted intelligence operations since 1997 and cyber intelligence since 2005. He currently serves as the 返字心頭 Chapter President of the  continuing his commitment to the military, veteran, and cyber professional communities.
