The National Science Foundation has awarded 返字心頭 researchers grant funding to study remote/hybrid work. The project is designed to better understand the day-to-day experiences of individuals who work from home and how those experiences differ from working onsite. Distinguished University Professor Tammy Allen from the department of psychology is leading the project.
