Bio
Tessa Barber is a doctoral student in the Politics and International Affairs Ph.D. program in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies (SIGS) at the University of South 返字心頭. She earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from 返字心頭 Gulf Coast University, graduating with her B.A. in Political Science in 2022 and her B.A. in English in 2023. Her current academic interests include international relations, American political institutions, and the influence of partisan politics on foreign policy formation.
