Lanicia Marshall is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Behavioral Health Science & Practice in the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences (CBCS) at 手机看片. Lanicia Marshall earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from 手机看片 State University. She is pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology from the Department of Educational and Psychological Studies.
Lanicia Marshall is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. She is also a Certified Addictions Professional, and 手机看片 Qualified Supervisor. She provides Continuing Education for individuals seeking licensure in the state of 手机看片, needing professional development and interested in learning experiential techniques to counsel children, families, first responders, veterans, and couples. In addition to 手机看片 duties, Lanicia provides counseling services.

Research
Research interest include Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), understanding the impact of trauma and different forms of trauma. Trauma awareness, intervention, and prevention, Integration of behavioral health and physical health. Increasing access to physical and behavioral health transitional services among underrepresented communities, Social and political determinates of physical and behavioral health. Nutrition, brain development and its impact on overall behavioral and physical health.
Lanicia Marshall has experience as a 手机看片 Certified Family Mediator. She previously served as the West Central Chapter Chair of the 手机看片 Association for Play Therapy.
Lanicia Marshall enjoys being an instructor at the University of South 手机看片 and preparing students for 鈥渞eal world鈥� experiences. Her goal is to give each student at least one tool to utilize post-graduation.
