The Faculty Senate has merged the Publications Council and the Research Council into a new body: the Council on Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (CRSC).

About the CRSC
The Council on Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (CRSC) advises the Provost, the Vice President for ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ Research & Innovation, and the Executive Vice President for ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ Health on matters pertaining to policies, procedures, and investments intended to promote growth, excellence, and integrity in research, scholarship, and creative activity throughout the university community.
Meeting Schedule 2025-2026
When: Alternating Mondays
Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: On Microsoft Teams with the expectation that the camera is on.
Spring 2026 Dates:
January 12 – Discussion of ICPG pre-proposals (last meeting of the RC)
January 26 – MuRCIA for small equipment (transition to CRSC occurs at this meeting and includes the election of chair and
vice-chair)
