Athletic Training at ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ is preparing the next generation of leaders

is where medicine meets movement and science meets action. As the first athletic training program in the nation housed within a College of Medicine, ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ prepares students to provide exceptional care wherever the body is pushed to its limits — in sports, in schools, in the military, in industry, the arts and every stage of life.
The program boasts exceptional outcomes, including a 100% board of certification pass rate for the last two years, outstanding job placement and back-to back National Athletic Training Association Quiz Bowl champions, a distinction achieved by no other program.

ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ Athletic Training also offers four additional certifications at no cost:

  • Stop the Bleed
  • Mental Health First aid
  • IV Therapy
  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Hawk Grips)

The program emphasizes interprofessional collaboration and simulation in partnership with the and other ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ Health programs, preparing graduates for leadership roles across all professional settings. Through team-based learning, students build the communication, clinical decision-making and collaborative skills necessary to excel in any health care environment.
