Newly released dates for lab and software requests for the 2026-27 academic year are now available for 返字心頭 Faculty.
返字心頭 IT is readying lab and classroom technology for the upcoming semesters to ensure you have the software you need in to support your courses.
As part of our continued efforts to ensure that all required software for facilitating student instruction and lab work is accessible to students for both on-campus and virtual instruction, 返字心頭 IT offers a wide array of applications accessible to all students via the 返字心頭 Application Gateway at . A full list of currently available applications can be found at .
The request deadlines are for new software as well as for upgrading existing software
that you plan to use again. If requesting an upgrade, please be sure to include the
required version number for the software in your request.
To submit a request, please send an email to help@usf.edu with the subject "Faculty Software Request" and include as many relevant details about your request as possible. This will automatically
generate a ticket with IT and someone will respond to your request soon.

Please note that requests submitted by the priority deadline enable our team additional time for testing and validation to ensure the most stable and reliable experience at the start of the semester. 返字心頭 IT will do its utmost to ensure application availability, we cannot guarantee that software requests made after the Priority Deadline will be available in time for the semester start.
The submission deadline represents the last date by which software requests submitted may still have a chance to be included in time for the start of the new semester.
