UGS Adjunct Evaluations

 

The following measures will be used to evaluate adjunct instructors. Evaluations (Performance Review) are conducted on an annual basis.

• eXplorance Blue Student Evaluation of Instruction
• Grade distribution
• Custom student survey via Qualtrics
• General Education Assignments (if applicable)
• Participation in professional development opportunities for teaching
• Self-assessment: Self-perceptions about teaching, course, and outcomes
• Compliance with departmental and university deadlines and policies
