Advising

The college has multiple full-time advisors with additional support staff and faculty program coordinators. Advising appointments for upper-level students are arranged through the Archivum Student Portal. Details about drop-in advising options are provided below.

Virtual drop-in advising is conducted online via Microsoft Teams. To access virtual drop-in advising, send the advisor a message in Teams using the chat function during the drop-in period to join the queue. Requests for virtual drop-in advising will be taken in the order in which they are received during the drop-in periods listed below.

Please note that messages sent in Microsoft Teams outside of the scheduled online drop-in periods will be addressed as other responsibilities allow. Email is not a substitute for scheduled or drop-in advising.
