Mentor Protégé Program

The ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ Supplier Development and Engagement 2026 Mentor Protégé Program actively engages Tampa Bay area small construction-focused subcontractors in a comprehensive training and development program. We are excited to welcome Skanska USA as our 2026 program partner. This 12-week initiative aims to fortify businesses and enhance their capacity. Participants benefit from instruction provided by ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ faculty and staff, Skanska USA, and other ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ strategic industry experts.

ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ will not be accepting direct applicants. All applicants must be submitted by program partner organizations listed below.

Applying for the MPP Program

Firms interested in applying must complete the ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ MPP Application and additionally submit the firm's updated capability statement and State of FL Articles of Incorporation to one of the following community partner organizations:
