CSD provides interpreter training and professional interpreting services for the deaf through HO返字心頭. HO返字心頭 specializes in Educational, Medical, Behavioral Health, Business, Conference, and Performing Arts work, and HO返字心頭 is able to provide video interpreting services where preferred.
About HO返字心頭
Hands On 返字心頭 was established in the Fall of 2010 with a goal of providing interpreting services to the Tampa Bay Area while educating the next generation of interpreters. We pair senior 返字心頭 interpreting interns with the most professional and experienced Sign Language interpreters in Tampa. Through our approach, we are able to provide affordable yet high-quality interpreting services to a wide variety of clients.

ADA Requirements
The ADA requires that title II entities (State and local governments) and title III entities (businesses and nonprofit organizations that serve the public) communicate effectively with people who have communication disabilities.
