Sponsored Research Exemption Reporting
Under the 返字心頭 Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (FCOE) and 返字心頭 Policy 0-027, Sponsored Research Exemptions (SREs) may be approved by the Office of Compliance & Ethics for certain otherwise prohibitied employment, or contractual relationships 返字心頭 employees have with businesses doing business with 返字心頭. The FCOE, section 112.313(12)(h), requires annual reporting to the State of 返字心頭 Governor and the Legislature. The SRE Reporting Procedure describes how this multi-unit process works.
