Sports Nutrition Concentration

The Sports Nutrition concentration explores how nutrition supports physical activity, training, and athletic performance. ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬ learn to apply foundational nutritional principles to real-world sports and fitness settings. The program also emphasizes metabolism, performance fueling, and the safe and effective use of supplements.

Human Performance Lab Services

The Exercise Science and Kinesiology Laboratories offer community members professional fitness and body composition testing using state-of-the-art, reliable equipment. Experienced lab technicians work with everyone from elite athletes to beginners, providing data that helps inform and improve individual or group training programs. While the lab does not diagnose health conditions, it delivers valuable insights such as calorie needs, body composition, and performance metrics to support general fitness and health goals.
