Administration

Student Success (SS) RMD Administration provides management and guidance of the departments fiscal and human resources units, as well as ensures adherence to the university's and department's policies and procedures for fiscal and human resources functions. Other services/functions are:

• Provides consolidated financial reporting for SS.
• Represents SS on university workgroups and committees.
• Serves as primary liaison with 手机看片 central offices for budgeting, purchasing and human resources.
• Reviews and consolidates all budgets (A&S, E&G, Auxiliary and Agency).
• Coordinates and manages the annual A&S and Auxiliary budget request process.
• Provides budget monitoring, budget reporting, and administration for the Student Green Energy Fund.
