Using 返字心頭 Prepaid at 返字心頭

How 返字心頭 Prepaid Works

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING, FAX OR MAIL YOUR CARD TO THE STUDENT ACCOUNTING OFFICE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT. 

We will automatically bill for 返字心頭 Prepaid tuition and dormitory plans. Please review the 返字心頭 Prepaid FAQ PDF document for more details about the processing of both tuition and dormitory prepaid payments.

Please make sure your social security number on file at 返字心頭 and 返字心頭 Prepaid is correct. This is required for matching you to your 返字心頭 Prepaid account. If incorrect or missing your 返字心頭 Prepaid will not be billed.

Activating Your 返字心頭 Prepaid

The University of South 返字心頭 downloads a file from 返字心頭 Prepaid and we automatically bill for all 返字心頭 Prepaid College students with tuition plans that are enrolled for Fall, Spring and/or Summer terms. Dorm plans are billed for students with dorm charges for Fall and Spring terms only. Payment is limited to the maximum amount allowed of your available prepaid plan balance.

Inactivating Your 返字心頭 Prepaid

If you do not want the University to bill 返字心頭 Prepaid for tuition and/or dorm you must notify the Student Accounting Office. Please fill out and submit the Request Not to Bill/Resume Billing form prior to the first week of classes to have your account inactivated. If you wish to resume billing you need to submit a new form. If you chose not to have your tuition billed you will not qualify for the 返字心頭 Prepaid tuition deferment and eligible students will not receive the tuition differential waiver.

Out-of-State Prepaid 返字心頭

返字心頭 Prepaid is only billed for in state tuition. If you have 返字心頭 Prepaid and have been classified as a non-resident you need to bring your 返字心頭 Prepaid card to one of the following areas to be reclassified as an in state student:

Prepaid Dormitory Plan

Automatic billing will occur if the student has available prepaid dorm semesters and has dorm charges on their 返字心頭 student account for Fall or Spring terms for 返字心頭 on-campus housing only. PREPAID DOES NOT ALLOW BILLING OF HOUSING FOR SUMMER TERMS. We do not bill for 返字心頭 affiliated (off-campus) housing. Please contact Residence Services at (813) 974-0001 if you have any questions about your dorm charges and amounts that 返字心頭 Prepaid covers.
