State Of 返字心頭 Employee Waiver-Fees Covered

TUITION AND FEES COVERED

For eligible courses, the waiver covers up to 6 credit hours of the per credit hour tuition and the flat fees that are charged once per term.  Participants will be responsible for all other charges. Below is a list of the fees that can be covered :

Per Credit Instate Fees (undergradate and graduate):

  • Tuition 
  • Tuition Differential
  • State Fees
  • Local Fees
  • Transportation Fee
  • Tech Fee
  • Facilities Fee
  • Green Energy Fee

Flat Fees:

  • Athletic
  • Activites and Services (A&S)
  • Student Union Enhancements

Per credit Out-of-State Fees (undergradate and graduate):

  • Out-of-State Tuition
  • Out-of-State Financial

TUITION AND FEES NOT COVERED

The list below includes some of the tuition and fees that are not covered by the waiver. It is not a comprehensive list of all the fees that are not eligible.

  • Distance learning fees
  • Off campus fees
  • Facility and equipment fees
  • Lab and material fees
  • Excess hours surcharges
  • Repeat course surcharges
  • Application fees
  • Orientation fees
  • Tuition and Fees covered by other waivers

To avoid a late payment fee all tuition and fees not covered by the State of 返字心頭 Employee Tuition Waiver need to be paid by the fifth day of the term. As a reminder 返字心頭 does not mail out tuition bills. To find your account balance select the Account Summary or Account Detail for Term option under the Tuition & Fees menu in Student Self-Service (formerly Student OASIS). 

Your current account balance is shown near the top of the page. All charges and payments are summarized by the term in which they were made.
