ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬â€™s current QEP is ExCeL where the E, C and L stand for Experiential Centered Learning.  

"Experiential Centered Learning" refers to intentional out-of-classroom experiences that add to the knowledge, skills and competencies you are learning in your courses at ÊÖ»ú¿´Æ¬. For the ExCeL QEP, these learning experiences include high impact practices like:

By participating in even one of these experiences, research shows that an undergraduate student will improve their opportunities for career employment or graduate school admission after graduation. Research also reveals that participation can increase a student's starting salary for their first career job, as well! So what are you waiting for?

Depending on your degree program and career goals, certain experiential centered learning practices are better than others.  Contact the office on your campus to discuss which practice(s) will best serve you and enhance your future success. Your professors can also provide excellent guidance. And, if you are a Muma College of Business student, you have additional support by the Bellini Center for Talent Development

These units can then work with you to find an internship, co-op, employment or research opportunity to help you ExCeL with Experience!
